Fair questions, straight answers
What is included, exactly?
Everything above: Backplanes installs in a minute and the reports are included, for individuals, the teams they work with, and the org-wide view across all of them. No seats to count, no trial clock. The subscription adds Enforce and Prove: the controls you confirm, held where agents run, and the record behind every decision.
What determines the subscription price?
The agent work you put under control: how much of it there is, and how much of it you want governed. Not a seat count. We set the number against your baseline and revisit it each year against what actually changed.
Can we start with one team?
Yes, and you can start today without talking to us: anyone can install free and the team reads its own reports. The org agreement starts when you want to enforce what you see, not just see it.
How do we know it is working?
By the numbers you bought it for: agent work under control, risks surfaced and cleared, rollout coverage across teams. They are in the same reports everyone else reads, so the answer is not a slide we bring to renewal. If the work grows, the cost follows it. If it does not, it does not.
What about access and compliance?
The subscription covers SSO, role-based access, team management, support and an SLA. Not all of it has shipped yet, so ask where each piece stands and we will tell you straight, along with our security documentation.
What will procurement need?
An annual agreement, our security documentation, and a DPA. How we handle your data is public on the trust page, and we answer everything else directly.
