Observe and control.
Only pay for control.
Observing is included: session reports for anyone using AI to do their work, no seats to count, no trial clock.
Only pay for Control as one annual subscription: the org-wide view, attribution, policy and rollout controls, scoped together.
01 · How pricing works
Three things worth knowing
No rate cards, no configurators, no tiers to decode.
Observe is included
Spotlight installs in a minute and session reports are included for anyone using AI to do their work, and the teams around them. No seats to count, no trial clock.

Narrow access by design. Secrets and PII are scrubbed before anything leaves your machine, with zero retention at the model layer.
See how we handle data02 · What the subscription adds
The org-wide view, all of it
Every Claude Code and Codex session across your teams, rolled into one report
The risks that need a decision, what shipped, and where the spend went
Security, Engineering and Spend views on the same numbers
MCP and external access inventory across every team
Attribution, volume and rollout controls
An audit trail behind every number
Session reports stay free for your developers. The subscription is the org-wide view, and it comes whole: no modules to buy separately, no features held back for a higher tier.
03 · Questions
Fair questions, straight answers
What is included, exactly?
Spotlight, for individuals and the teams they work with: install in a minute, session reports included, no seats to count, no trial clock. The subscription adds the org-wide views above.
What determines the subscription price?
The size and shape of your organization: roughly how many people work with AI, and how widely you want visibility and control. We work the number out with you.
Can we start with one team?
Yes, and you can start today without talking to us: anyone can install free and the team reads its own reports. The org agreement starts when leadership wants the whole picture.
What about access and compliance?
Control includes SSO, role-based access and team management. We are SOC 2 Type I, and the subscription comes with support and an SLA.
What will procurement need?
An annual agreement, our security documentation, and a DPA. How we handle your data is public on the trust page, and we answer everything else directly.
